Shipping and Returns

Customers pay for shipping.  We ship throughout the Continental United States and to P.O. Boxes.  We ship USPS Priority Small Flat Rate Box.  

We now offer in-person pickup at our store in St. Francis, WI. Due to COVID-19, we require masks if you are entering the building for pick-up. 

Orders will be processed and shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days.

Because of the one of a kind nature of these items, our 7 day return policy allows you time to consider your purchase.  With such a time frame in place, you can rest assured knowing you have made the right choice.  If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 7 days of receiving your item, you may return your item to Sr. Edna's Jewelry Creations for a refund.  We will not charge a restocking fee.  

1.  To initiate a return customers MUST contact our returns  department to receive a Return Authorization Number.

2.  Packages sent back to Sr. Edna's Jewelry Creations without a return authorization number present on the outer packaging will be refused upon arrival.

3.  Jewelry items may only be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.  

4.  Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Inspection Team.  Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that are altered or damaged in any way, are not eligible for a return and refunds will not be given.

1.  Obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting Samantha@srednajewelry.com in order to be issued a return authorization number.  You must write the Return Number clearly on the package before sending it out to us.  Please note that any package sent without a Return Authorization Number written out on the outer box, will not be accepted.

2.  Package your return.  Please make sure to include all original packaging as well as any other material, which was sent to you.  

3.  Ship and Insure your package.
